The spectators anxiously await the start of the race. The participates are nervous as their trainers line
them up. Rodeo is the favorite with the girls. The pop of the starting gun splits the air and the race is on.
The racers begin to slow down as the race continues and continues and connntinnuuees on and on. While
others begin o drop out Rodeo leads and was the only one to cross the finish line. After a celebration for Rodeo, the Worm Downs Race Track was closed for the season and once again became Grandma's Utility Room as Ashley, Kayla and Billy return the earthworms to the garden.

- It all began in a log cabin on a mountain top in Ar. I have traveled from coast to coast and like a migrating bird have returned to whence I came with my husband of 58 years. We have 5 children and thru the years we have become a four generation family. SeWhatt you say, well I became a seamtress, a quilter, a writer/genealogist, scout leader,a 50 yr plus member of the American Legion Auxiliary and those other things we do as mothers and grandmothers and greatgrandmothers.
